My journey in coaching and leadership development is backed by a robust foundation of academic qualifications, professional certifications, and a passion for emotional intelligence and its impact on leadership effectiveness.
My dedication to understanding the human psyche and its influence on leadership led me to complete a dual master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from ISEP, based in Barcelona, Spain. My thesis work explores the transformative power of positive psychology in enhancing life satisfaction among high-performing individuals. In addition, I hold a master’s degree in Conflict, Peace, and Security, a collaborative effort between the United Nations Institute of Training and Research in Geneva and UOC in Barcelona. This particular background equips me with a nuanced understanding of conflict resolution and the promotion of peace and security within organizational settings.

I have served in high-level advisory roles across the public and private sectors, leading strategic alliances and collaborative initiatives throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. My work has focused on fostering innovation, building cross-sector partnerships, and designing impactful solutions to address complex development and business challenges.
My career also includes pioneering projects in IT and telecommunications, where I played a key role in establishing international call centers in emerging markets. Additionally, I have led international marketing and export promotion strategies, facilitated management workshops in major global cities, and served as a Minister Counselor in Germany and Austria, enhancing my expertise in negotiation and high-level diplomacy.

Common Questions
Senior leaders, founders and executive teams, most often in organizations working across borders, cultures and sectors. I coach individuals one to one and teams as a whole, in English and in Spanish.
We start with a conversation about what you want to change and how you will know it has changed. From there, a typical engagement runs over several months of regular sessions, with the cadence set to fit the goal rather than a fixed package.
Self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy and social skill are the mechanics behind the decisions a leader makes under pressure, and they are learnable. Much of our work together is making those mechanics visible, then practising them where the stakes are real.
Yes. Team engagements cover strategic planning, conflict resolution and team building, and they often run alongside one-to-one coaching for the leaders involved.
Online for most clients, and in person for workshops and offsites. I have worked with clients across four continents, so scheduling across time zones is routine.
